  • Muay Thai

    Muay Thai or Thai Kick Boxing is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It is sometimes referred to as the ‘art of eight limbs’ as you use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to form one of the most effective and powerful martial arts in the world.

  • Boxing

    Boxing is one of the oldest and most efficient combat sports. You use footwork, balance, strategy, head movement, defensive skills and an array of punches to hit someone.

    Boxing provides an array of fantastic benefits, including; enhanced balance and coordination, increased muscle mass, improved stamina, and reduced stress.

  • Jiu-Jitsu

    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes revolve around grappling and ground fighting. Central to this discipline is the belief that a smaller, weaker person can defeat a bigger, stronger assailant using leverage, grip, knowledge, tactical skills and problem solving.

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

    Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines punches, kicks, takedowns, and ground moves from different fighting styles. It's about being ready for anything. In MMA, you learn to mix these techniques to defend yourself standing up or on the ground. It's a fun, challenging way to build both physical and mental strength, making it a great choice for anyone wanting to boost their fitness and self-defence skills.

    Krav Maga is a practical self-defense system combining striking, grappling, and quick responses. It focuses on real-world situations, prioritising efficiency and speed. You'll learn to counter various threats, including armed attacks, using instinctive movements and realistic training. Krav Maga improves physical fitness, mental awareness, and reaction time, making it ideal for effective self-defense training

  • Robbie Chapman | Boxing

    Amassing over 50 fights both amateur & professional, Robbie has been coaching boxing to students of all ages. Robbie is known for bringing great energy to his classes, whilst also focusing on the technical aspects of the ‘sweet science’ of boxing.

  • Paul Bossman | Muay Thai

    Paul joins with a wealth of experience in both Muay Thai and strength & conditioning. Currently a professional fighter for Team Tieu, Paul is known to bring a mix of patience with charisma to his classes, ensuring they are both beneficial and enjoyable.

  • Karolina Lisowska | Muay Thai & Boxing

    Karolina is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai and strength & conditioning coach.

    She currently trains & fights for Team Tieu in central London (one of the best Muay Thai teams in the UK).

  • Adam Yacoubi | Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

    Adam is currently a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt under Ed Ingemells at The Institute of Grappling and an active competitor on the UK competition circuit. When not teaching Mathematics as his day job he spends his free time training at multiple academies across London and subsequently has a strong understanding of the principles of Jiu-Jitsu.

  • Adrian Redman | Boxing

    Redman is a professional boxer & coach. His passion for coaching came naturally from being in the boxing gym & helping newcomers, eventually taking on the official role. He currently coaches junior boxers who want to go on & have a career in boxing.

    With 15+ years of experience, including training stints in Thailand & qualification as an instructor for all levels, Emma is a vital asset to The Warehouse. Her vibrant energy empowers women, fostering confidence & comfort.

    Emma champions personal growth, discipline, & self-esteem through Muay Thai. She feels the sport transforms lives, highlighting women's innate strength & flexibility. To Emma, Muay Thai enhances physical & mental resilience.

  • Daniela Miranda | Muay Thai

    Daniela, with 8 years in Muay Thai and 7 as a pro fighter, is passionate about teaching—from Muay Thai to Times Tables. She views exercise as vital for mental & physical health & credits Muay Thai for her confidence, resilience, & sense of community. She aims to instil these values in students from a young age.

  • Kenneth ‘Papito’ Cruz | Muay Thai & Boxing

    Born in San Pedro Sula, Honduras, Kenneth 'Papito' Cruz moved to Madrid at 8 & began Muay Thai & Boxing training at 19.

    Now a professional fighter, MTGP British Champion, and UK's number 3 at 57kgs, he's also a devoted kids & adult coach. Passionate about promoting Muay Thai & Boxing, he values the joy & determination they offer.

    Papito's aggressive-pressure style in the ring mirrors the energy in his classes.

  • Keenan | Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

    Keenan is a total martial arts nerd who first stepped onto the mats at the age of 5.

    He has a wealth of experience in both striking & grappling, coming from a background in Karate, boxing, Krav Maga & Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.

    Keenan is currently BJJ brown belt under Wilson Junior at Carlson Gracie London.

    Drew holds both amateur and professional boxing licenses from the British Boxing Board of Control (BBBOC). With five years of professional coaching experience, teaching isn't just a job for him — it's his passion.     Melissa is a level 1 England Boxing coach who has coached junior & senior amateurs at Neasden Boxing Club & led fitness sessions. She also trains & competes as an amateur boxer. Beyond coaching, she's a youth mentor in schools & a ringside interviewer at boxing events.
