Mental Resilience & Wellbeing

We are focused on creating a community feel within The Warehouse and de-stigmatising mental wellbeing.

We are creating a space for any and all to feel welcome and safe. We are proud to be able to host regular workshops from iHeart, focusing on mental wellbeing and innate resilience. We will be running programming for kids, young professionals, & adults.

We believe that a focus on mental wellbeing should be at the forefront of everyone’s lives.
